What episode does Jiraiya teach naruto the rasengan?
Jiraiya demonstrates an inperfect rasengan (it only had enough power to go through the guy’s coat, twist the part of his shirt where the attack landed and propelling more than 10 ft away from his original position, along with his associate) and starts teaching the rasengan to Naruto on episode 86. He tells Naruto to do the water balloon exercise on 86 and Naruto finishes it in the next episode and then later in episode 87, he was assigned to pop the balloon filled with air (in the form of an explosion), which Naruto finished in 88. Naruto was then assigned to combine the two excercises and form a Rasengan and grind the target. He finally accomplishes this in 94.
