What exactly is included in the OJT system?
A The system is made up of four components: 1. Four-day Train-the-Trainer course in which we teach your staff to train your own instructors with the OJT Trainer Course, plus 2. One-day of management training – an add-on to the Train-the-Trainer course in which we teach your staff to set and manage your OJT program. 3. Instructor Selection Test you can select OJT trainers who have the best potential for causing error-free learning.
