The Infection Control Department is responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal law as well as standards set by accrediting agencies. The department is committed to reducing healthcare associated infections, improving patient care by supporting the staff in all areas of the facility and minimizing occupational hazards associated with the delivery of healthcare. Our most important mission is to ensure a safe environment for all the people who enter TCMC.
