What foods do you like to cook on a cast iron grill / griddle?
We have one cast iron griddle that is reserved soley for cooking meats. Over the years the pan has become “seasoned” and is great for cooking any steak or chop, and adds a fantastic flavor to the meat. The cast iron also (to me) seems to be the best medium for searing chops. We have another cast iron pan that we use for breakfast (especially when we’re camping). It’s big enough that we can cook bacon, sausage and eggs (and the occaisional pancake) all at the same time.
