What foods or medication can cause a false positive drug screen for THC?

The prescription medication Marinol contains synthetic THC, and would consequently produce a positive result on a drug test for THC. The prescription medication Sativex, currently sold only in Canada, also contains synthetic THC, and would consequently produce a positive result for THC. Neither of those would be a “false positive” in that they are both produced by THC, but they can be taken legally with a valid prescription, and so a prescription for either of these medications would excuse the positive THC test. To the best of my knowledge, there are no compounds besides THC itself that would produce a positive result on a THC test. THC is not found naturally in any food products, and is not found in any over-the-counter medications or dietary suppliments.
