What Garnish to use on Gazpacho soup…….?

0

Just to clarify one thing Gazpacho is not a Mexican soup, not chef in his/her right mind would use cilantro, one person had it close, true gazpacho is a mix of fresh tomato/tomato juices, soaked bread, a fair amount of garlic, water and seasonings, not this veggie mess most places serve, in Spain there garnish is a simple drizzle of olive oil, and depending on the region, maybe some tiny crouton not fried but dried. The most common bread use would be in most other country’s a crusty Italian, but ciabatta is closest to the bread in Spain.
