During message processing SAP NW PI writes log and trace information. You can configure the trace level. In SAP NW PI trace information can be added to the XML message header and viewed by SAP NW PI message monitoring. The SAP NW PI adapter engine uses the logging and tracing functions of the underlying JEE engine. The SAP NetWeaver Administrator of the SAP JEE engine can view these logs and traces.
