The Payne School Model is appropriate for all grade levels, although the implementation varies between elementary and secondary campuses. Generally on elementary campuses, one consultant provides technical assistance for all teachers. At the secondary level, aha! Process consultants provide content specific technical assistance in five content areas (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies, Non-core). This significantly increases the number of technical assistance days at the secondary level. Please see our 3-year School Improvement Model for an example.
