Rental Source has a few listing guidelines to ensure the integrity of our service. These guidelines are strictly enforced and there are no exceptions. 1. Your account must contain complete and accurate information. 2. You may only advertise a single property in each listing. Any listings advertising multiple properties or companies will immediately be removed without a refund. 3. You may not create duplicate listings for a single property. 4. Your listing must reflect accurate information about the rental property. 5. All photos must be of the rental property and not contain any people or animals. Any photos found that violate this will immediately be removed without notification.
