What happened in the last episode of Brothers & Sisters?

Nora is concerned that Justin will forget to take his pills. Rebecca think Justin’s recovery is going to fast, and asks if he has been taking more pills than he should. He gives her the silent treatment. But actually he does take more pills, he’s once again addicted. Sarah is in a “bad 10 years anniversary, divorce mode”. Kitty is going through some papers and finds a prenuptial agreement. She doesn’t want to be a trophy wife. Tommy tries to call Julia but she doesn’t answer. Tommy & Lina opens a bottle of wine at the office and Nora pops by. Holly walks in on them the day after and realised that Lina was wearing the same as yesterday. Saul goes out with his old friend, Milo, to a big gay cocktail party with a lot of men.
