The Excite affiliate program that produced the Excite headline content was officially discontinued by Excite, so these portlets have been removed as samples from the production release. They are currently available in the PDK. Although they continue to work, they are not supported and may stop working at any time. Syndicated content is available from other Oracle9iAS Portal partners such as Factiva, Hoover’s Online, InfoSpace, iSyndicate, Northern Light, Screaming Media, and YellowBrix.
