What happens after a Neuromuscular ReEducation session?
Since Neuromuscular ReEducation is so relaxing, you should take your time rising and moving about for the first few minutes after a session. You may resume your normal level of activity, but listen to your body and take time to sit or lie down during the rest of the day if necessary. It is important to drink plenty of water to help flush from your body any toxins that may have been released during the session. How often should I receive Neuromuscular ReEducation? As with most forms of massage and bodywork, the frequency of visits are determined on a case-by-case basis. Some clients benefit from monthly sessions, alternating or combining with Swedish Massage. Others schedule Neuromuscular ReEducation several times a year.
