What happens during an SRT session?
A. SRT can be carried out in person or remotely. If the client is present, they are usually seated opposite the practitioner. The client is able to ask questions and bring up information relevant to the research being done. The client may wish to look at certain aspects of their life that are bothering them, as well as physical pains or problems, and the practitioner will use the charts to address the root cause of the problem. If the work is done remotely, the client can ask their questions over the telephone.
