We are not expecting to see an increase in boats hitting mud shoals or rocks. However, all Lake Powell Resorts & Marinas’ houseboats are equipped with marine radios and/or GlobalStar satellite phones in case a problem arises. Experienced marina employees are on hand and equipped to help in any situation, and renters are provided extensive safety instruction prior to departure.
