What happens if a item develops a fault after a week/months ?
Ans: Please send an email to rma@drutech.co.uk with fault details and we will be able to issue a RMA number to you. Each item has different warranty terms as mentioned on the listing. Buyer is responsible for all postage costs during the warranty service. Please Note : Items send to us without an “RMA” form and valid “RMA NO” will be rejected. Buyer will be responsible for all postage costs under such circumstances. Any manual damage to the item will void warranty.
