What happens if an auditor discovers a security breach?

0

If an auditor observes that test procedures are not being followed, the auditor will bring that observation to the attention of the test examiner, test site coordinator, or district STAR coordinator so the situation can be rectified immediately. This will be noted in the auditor report, which is shared with CDE staff. If it is decided that an issue has not been addressed satisfactorily by the district staff or that the test materials have been compromised, the district superintendent will be contacted, and a full investigation may be undertaken by a fully qualified investigator.
