What happens if I can not remember my security information?
A. In the event you can not remember your security information, notify technical support and a Customer-Verification-Request will be mailed via registered postal service to the address originally provided during the registration process. The Customer-Verification-Request will have an area to choose new security information. Once this process is complete, your new security information will be effective.
