What happens if I cancel my TurboStack account?
Since TurboStack accounts are billed month-to-month you are free to cancel and re-activate your membership at any time. As long as your account membership is active you are free to export your TurboStack data before cancellation. Once your TurboStack account membership is cancelled your account status will then be changed to “inactive.” We will safely and securely store your data in the event you wish to re-activate your account at a later time. TurboStack accounts that remain inactive for periods longer than 12 consecutive months may be deleted from the system.
