What happens if I forget my passcode / passphrase?

If you forget your token’s passcode/passphrase, you will not be able to use your certificate until you re-initialize the token and do a key recovery. This process usually takes 3-5 business days to complete. If your organization has a Certificate Coordinator, Trusted Internal Correspondent, or Local Registration Agent registered with us, you can contact that person to initiate a key recovery.
