What happens if Im away from the computer and logged off when the next scheduled backup tries to run?
The backup just runs. You are not required to be at your computer or even be logged on. When you setup your backup schedule, you’ll be able to tell the system to automatically log on as a certain user to run the backup. And it will do this behind the scenes without actually logging the computer onto the network. So even if you have set the backup system to run under the administrator account, you can have someone using that same computer under a different user account and the backup will also still run in the background.
