You need to contact us immediately if any type of GiftCards.com™ gift card has been lost or stolen. To report a lost/stolen VISA gift card, contact our toll-free number at (877) 944-3822. Our customer service team is available 24/7. Please provide as much information as possible. GiftCards.com™ will conduct a complete investigation and will close the gift card immediately. You do have the option to have a replacement ATM gift card reissued to you and any unused funds will be transferred to the new gift card. There is a $5.00 administration fee to have a new gift card reissued back to you.
