What happens if my name, Social Security Number, or classification status change?
First, obtain a request form from the Office of Records and Registration in Thomas Boyd Hall, then bring that form along with your old Tiger Card to our office. We will update your information and issue a new card (if your name or status is being changed), or simply re-code the old card if only your Social Security Number is being changed. The updates are a free service.
