The TollTag remains the property of the NTTA, but as a user, you are responsible for it, as indicated in the application and License Agreement. The $25 fee for a lost or stolen TollTag pays for the loss of the transponder. All of your TollTags must be returned to the NTTA at the end of the user agreement.
