What happens if NFU CallFirst can help solve my problem?
If more comprehensive legal or other professional advice is required, and you wish to pursue it, the CallFirst Adviser will recommend the relevant NFU legal panel firm of solicitors covering your area who will be able to offer you further advice. The NFU legal panel firm will contact you within 48 hours for an initial discussion of the case and if further action is required, they will send a report to the LAS Adviser. The initial discussion of the case includes identifying and discussing the problem; identifying the possible courses of action available to you and information on costs. If you do not wish to use the NFU recommended panel firm, you should provide the details of your own solicitor who will then be contacted by the LAS Adviser requesting information on your case.
