What happens if not enough bands sign up for a compilation disc?

We will not put into production a disc that has less that 8 unsigned bands sign onto the disc. When this occurs Sinister Music INC will cancel the disc, contact all bands who paid to be on the disc and offer either to be on another disc, another compilation, or a full refund.
