What happens if something goes wrong with the box once youve gone? Is there a warranty or some form of guarantee?
All work carried out by Mr Antenna comes with our standard 12 month labour warranty. Each Strong STB comes with a full 12-month manufacturers warranty. Should you have a problem with your STB first check your STB Troubleshooters Guide. If this does not rectify the problem then please do not hesitate to call Mr Antenna on 13 11 49 who will be more than happy to assist you. The Service Call will be booked with Mr Antenna (via 13 11 49) as a normal Service Call. Mr Antenna will then arrange for a technician to visit your premises and determine the nature of your problem. If it is deemed correctly to be a fault with the STB then the STB will be changed over there and then with a replacement STB if still under the 12-month warranty period. There will be no charge for this service. If however it is determined that the STB is not at fault then the standard Mr Antenna Service Call Fee will apply.
