What happens if the Drexel trustees vote not to merge?
Under the Drexel-MCPHU Agreement, there are two different possibilities. If the Drexel Trustees decide they do not want Drexel to merge with MCPHU, they could decide to sever the relationship entirely, effective July 1, 2002. They could also decide to postpone the decision for another year. Either way, they could also offer to continue managing MCPHU for another year; but MCPHU would have to agree to that.
