The student will be required to reimburse Sacramento State for the cost of repairing or replacing the laptop if it is damaged, lost, stolen or not returned while checked out in the borrower’s name. The student is fully responsible for the laptop during the time of check out. If the laptop is lost or stolen then the borrower will be charged a minnum of $2,000 plus processing fees. If it is damaged then the borrower is responsible for any repair costs.
