ASI’s pointASP servers are mirrored (duplicated in their entirety including hardware, operating system, the AIM software and all of your data) in multiple locations in addition to the main server. Each server is housed in a secure facility with UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and redundancy built into every major hardware component to ensure reliability. The chances of all three of these servers failing simultaneously are virtually non-existent.
