What happens if two Real Estate Agents claim the FiOS/Verizon sale for an award?
In most cases, the Real Estate Agent that represents the Buyer is the individual that should qualify for the reward card as they are generally the individuals presenting the Verizon offer to the prospective buyer. As a control, client’s home address can only be entered once into the Agent Rewards site. Therefore, it is imperative that you enter the client’s address and telephone information as an ‘open’ property once your client has an approved contract on that property.
