What happens if you don file an income-tax return?
I have nothing to gain by selling people on the idea of learning the law for themselves. I do not offer any sort of package or deal which you can buy from me to learn how to cheat the IRS. I would urge you not to cheat at all. If you determine that you are liable for the income tax then pay it, that’s the law. If you determine that you are not liable and you would like some expert advise from so called “tax experts” hoping to gain confirmation of your determination, you will not get from it the tax expert. Non taxpayers status is outside the scope of his understanding. These tax experts only understand the Internal Revenue Code and the Code only deals with people who are subject to the Code. Do you understand? A tax expert can only help you if you are indeed a taxpayer as specifically defined by the IRC.
