A. If one person moves to another level of care and one person stays in the unit, monthly fee drops to the single occupancy rate. If that person moves back in, the rate goes to double occupancy. The 90% refundable entrance fee is not returned until the unit is vacated. If there are two people living in the unit and one person moves, the entrance fee remains with Vincentian Villa until the person still living in the unit also vacates.
