What happens when the caregiver needs time off?
A. We send in a relief caregiver with similar experience to cover for the primary caregiver. The primary caregiver will be allowed to take time off as long as it does not interfere with the client’s schedule or plans. It may be on weekends or a few days off after several weeks of work. Sometimes the caregiver prefers no regular time off. If the care-giver gets sick, we can replace them quickly. Once a caregiver is placed, the client is never left without constant care (exceptions when appropriate are short trips to the market or pharmacy).
