What happens with redeployment?
The Department of the Premier and Cabinet has developed a paper outlining the arrangements that will apply in respect of redeployment – at whole of government, cluster and at agency levels. This paper follows consultation with the Program Office, SSC General Managers, Cluster Governance Boards, the CPSU/CSA and other stakeholders. A consistent approach to redeployment will apply across the sector – which is in keeping with the relevant Public Sector Management legislation and guidelines. DPC will play a central role in coordinating and monitoring the application of any redeployment arrangements associated with the Shared Corporate Services Reform .
