The digital files and or negatives are kept on file by the studio for three years. They are copy right and the property of Dave Robinet. We do not release the digital files as they are protected by Canadian copy right laws. They are the property of the photographer, for the same reason as scanning or copying your proofs from your photo session is illegal.
