What i the difference between isotonic and dynamic/concentric contraction?
As you said, isotonic is same force with change in length. Dynamic contraction is both changes in force and length during contraction. When the muscles shorten during this contraction is called concentric contraction. When it is pulled out by the load, it is then called eccentric contraction. Hope this helps.
