What if a resident requires specialized services?
Upon moving into Crystal Waters, each resident is assessed by our team. Together, we determine what services are required to meet the individual’s personal needs. Based on the assessment process our staff will develop a resident service plan, coordinating all health-related and supportive services for each resident. The service plan may also include community-based services provided by a home health agency. This may include physical, occupational, and speech therapy as well as skilled nursing care. Medicare or other insurance providers may pay for some community-based services. Our team is ready to assist with coordinating additional services when needed.
