Please contact Pam Edwards, Assistant Director, University Dining Service at 402-472-9045 or pedwards1@unl.edu with any special nutritional/dietary requirements. She will discuss needs with the student and/or parents and coordinate meetings with the Dining Service management staff so that the needs of the students are met.
