What if Cricket Companion doesnt start?
While there are many possible reasons, two common possibilities include memory problems and connectivity problems. If Cricket Companion fails to start and prompts for low memory, you probably do not have 300Kb of free memory available on your phone. See your phone’s manual for how to check available memory and free up memory. Although Cricket Companion will start without an Internet connection but it will not perform its functionality. All of Cricket Companion’s features (e.g. live matches and results etc.) require your mobile phone to connect to the WAP (Internet) and send/receive data. Connectivity problems can arise due to many reasons. Check your phone’s manual for details or contact your wireless carrier’s support desk to activate your WAP (Internet).
