What if FantasyDispute.com does not render a decision the same day?
The FantasyDispute.com judge was waiting for the Response. If there will be no Response by the other person, you should have checked the box next to There will be no response. (See How It Works #3). If a Response is not received within 24 hours, The FantasyDispute.com judge will e-mail a written decision after 24 hours, but before 48 hours has elapsed. The FantasyDispute.com judge will e-mail a written decision simultaneously to both owners the same day as long as the Response is received by 5:00 p.m. PT or the Dispute is submitted by 5:00 p.m. PT and there will be no Response. If the FantasyDispute.com judge does not meet these deadlines, contact info@fantasydispute.com and your payment will be promptly refunded through Paypal.
