Connecting a non-WorkTrack system to the WON is possible, but requires the purchase of a custom integration solution. In cases where a large volume of work orders are transacted (>100 work orders per month), this may make economic sense. As the network expands, Corrigo will make available simplified “connectors” to the most popular Work Order Management solutions. Meanwhile, we suggest using WorkTrack Service Provider. We’re sure you’ll find it easy to learn and use. Service Requests received in Work Track can be copied into another system and then kept updated through WorkTrack. Likewise, invoice information can be cut and pasted into WorkTrack.
