What if I do not plan to use a computer anymore? How do I make sure that it no longer has the extra security protection added?
The best way to ensure that the extra security protection is removed from a computer is by logging in to online banking from the computer that you wish to remove. Then go to User Options and select the option to remove the extra security protection from the specific computer you are using. If you do not have access to that computer anymore, you can still remove the extra security protection by selecting to remove it from all computers. However, you will be required to answer the challenge questions when logging in to online banking from all computers until you re-add the extra security protection for each computer.
