you will need to change your passcode if you forget it. when one-touch access is turned on, follow these steps: • connect to your voicemail as described previously. • press 3 (personal options). • press 2 (administrative options). • press 4 to change the passcode. if one touch-access is turned off, please contact the CREDO Mobile customer service center at customerservice@credomobile.com or at 800/411-0848, and a new passcode will be entered for you. the CREDO Mobile customer service center cannot retrieve a forgotten passcode.
