you will need to change your passcode if you forget it. when one-touch access is turned on, follow these steps: • connect to your voicemail as described previously. • press 3 (personal options). • press 2 (administrative options). • press 4 to change the passcode. if one touch-access is turned off, please contact the CREDO Mobile customer service center at customerservice@credomobile.com or at 800/411-0848, and a new passcode will be entered for you. the CREDO Mobile customer service center cannot retrieve a forgotten passcode.

You will need to contact our National Call Centre on 13 13 21 to have your Passcode reset (view National Call Centre operating hours). You will not be able to access Online Banking until your Passcode has been reset.
