What if I found an error in my order (ie. spelling, color, etc.)?
Yellow Daisy Design checks and rechecks all orders prior to printing. However, mistakes can happen. If the error is our fault, we will reprint and ship your new order immediately. However, if the error was overlooked by the client while reviewing the final proof, Yellow Daisy Design will reprint and reship the order at the client’s expense. Since all orders are customized to fit the individual client’s needs, there will be no refunds offered at any time on any product.
