If you experience any problems making EFT payments, call the State’s data collector help line 24 hours per day, 7 days a week toll-free at (800) 554-7500 and press * three times to reach an operator. You may also call EDD’s EFT Help Line at (916) 654-9130 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, to get assistance in making your payment.
