If you have installed DVD@ccess but it’s not running, double-click on the DVD@ccess.exe file in the C:\Program Files\Apple Computer\DVD@ccess folder; the icon should now appear in the lower right corner of your screen. If you have installed DVD@ccess and it is running, try closing the application by right-clicking on the icon and selecting Exit DVD@ccess. Then restart the application by double-clicking on the above mentioned file.
