What if I receive an error message and cannot get into NetTeller?
If you are receiving the 128 bit encryption error message, go to the NetTeller login page and click the Test Browser button. If it finds that you are not running 128 bit encryption it will give you a link to follow so that you can upgrade your browser. If you are receiving an error message that says account locked, you can contact us at 434-246-5211to unlock your account immediately. (Any locked NetTeller account is unlocked by 9:00AM the next business day Monday thru Friday. This does not apply to weekends or bank holidays.)
