If you have not signed up for the PlatePass® or Pass24® program with your rental agency, you need to contact that agency immediately to resolve the issue. If you have signed up for the PlatePass® or Pass24® program, the rental agency will identify the rental vehicle by the license plate and use that information to electronically collect the toll. Rental agencies will assess the fees agreed to in your rental agreement to collect the toll.
