What if items are missing or damaged?
For damaged shipments, please notify us IMMEDIATELY, so we can start the claims process with the courier. We have 48 hours to notify them of damage. If you are missing an item from your order, and there is no damage, you have 24 hours after delivery, to inform us of this, so we can verify inventory quantities and check lists, and get your item on its way to you. It is very important that you unpack and check all your items within 24 hours of receiving so you know if there are any damages or problems with the order so you can notify us. We will try to have a replacement part on its way to you in as quick a fashion as we can. If it is a special order part, we will have to re-order it from the factory.
