What if Ive completed some upper division and/or Nursing courses at a University already?

In general, units taken at a four-year institution are accepted. However, each student must complete a minimum of 30 units to obtain the BSN at CSUF and 9 of these units must be upper division general education. Upper division Nursing courses taken previously at a University will not automatically be used in lieu of our BSN courses. Students must file a formal petition to request to waive any BSN courses. Contact the Nursing advisor for more information.
